If you connect third-party services (such as load boards or carrier databases), we may receive data from those services as part of providing the Services to you.

We do NOT sell your personal or business data to third parties. We do NOT use your freight data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Services.

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors to help operate our platform, including cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and AI model providers (such as Anthropic, which powers our AI agents). These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of NeuralFreight, our customers, or others.

While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Telegram account and any credentials used to access our platform.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your business data and account information for as long as your account is active. Upon termination of your account, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for any post-termination disputes or data export requests, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.

Certain data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

7. TELEGRAM AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Our AI agents are delivered through Telegram. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. NeuralFreight is not responsible for Telegram's data practices. We recommend reviewing Telegram's privacy settings and policies independently.

8. COOKIES AND TRACKING

Our primary platform (Telegram-based agents) does not use cookies. If you access the NeuralFreight website, we may use standard web analytics tools and cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
